Is your yard under water? We have the fill dirt for you.
We have the best fill dirt to bring your yard up to grade to stop flooding out in every heavy rain. This fill dirt is mixed with sand and a little clay so the water drains but yet the clay lets you form the desired grade.
A different type of Septic / Drainfield Sand
This septic sand can be used in place of yellow sand but I think the yellow fine sand is best. Your decision, we supply both. This project was in Pasco County Zephyrhills, FL

Concrete Fines 3/8 minus VS. Limerock screenings
This crushed concrete product is taking the place of limerock screenings. Concrete fines are much cheaper then limerock screenings and with this product you also don't need the one inch of sand normally used for leveling the pavers. This paver project is being installed in Tarpon Springs, FL.

FDOT select Fill Dirt
FDOT select fill dirt is used for road and bridge construction. FDOT fill dirt is first submitted to a soil analysis facility then is tested to determine grain size distribution, liquid and plastic limits, organic content and soil corrosiveness. When the FDOT tests are completed and all test are within FDOT limits the fill dirt is then suitable for Road and Bridge construction. This job was for a bridge renovation in Clearwater, Florida.

Fill Dirt and Crushed Asphalt for a car port
Building a car port? Bringing in the right amount of fill dirt is important. Bringing the fill dirt up to the right pitch that drains properly. Without the right pitch the water will erode the asphalt milling's and make the car port support weak. This pictures a car port pad built in Pasco County Land o Lakes, FL.

Horse Arena Dirt Clay Mix.
All fill dirt is not the same. When your dealing with horses you need fill dirt with a sand clay mix, that is soft yet stable for the horse. Sand Clay mix fill dirt lets the liquids drain and is stable enough for the horse to stay on top of the fill dirt mix. This fill dirt mix can be mixed with more sand or more clay depending on your application.
The Rainy season is upon us!!!
With the rainy season here in full force your yard might be looking like a pond. Choosing the right fill dirt to build up your yard so the water will drain as planned might be more important then you think. There are many types of fill dirt and being here in Florida most are sand. To get the best fill dirt that won't wash away when the rain comes the dirt should have a clay sand mix to allow the water to drain but yet the clay mix to hold the fill dirt in place.
