Orange Compactible mobile home pad fill dirt

Florida now requires a pad under every mobile home that is new or being relocated. The reason for this is Florida has found that water sometimes sits under the home which breeds bacteria and mosquito's. This pad dirt is trucked in and spread so that there is a crown in the middle so the water can drain to ether side. This is perfect Dirt to make a pad for a mobile home to be placed on. The orange/ red fill dirt has a clay sand mix that compacts to the required rate of over 100 pounds per square inch.
